Placing an Order

Please review all items and information on your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you've selected the incorrect products, please review our returns procedures.

Returns

We appreciate your order & hope you enjoy your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, returns can be made if they meet the following criteria:

  1. The package must be sent via UPS and include completed Return Card.

  2. The product must be sent back within 7 days of order delivery.

  3. The product must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  4. All returns valued at $300 or more will incur a 15% restocking fee. If received after the 10 day return period, restocking fee will increase.

If a return is sent and does not meet these standards, we may ship it back to you. 
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. You are welcome to make a return and place a new order.

Please remember that all of our pieces are handcrafted, and there may be slight variations in color, texture and finish to what is pictured. These are not seen as flaws, but an indications of our product’s uniqueness.
