Placing an Order

Please review all items and information on your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you've selected the incorrect products, please review our returns procedures.

Returns

We appreciate your order & hope you enjoy your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, returns can be made if they meet the following criteria:

  1. The package must be sent via UPS and include completed Return Card
  2. The product must be sent back within 30 days of order delivery. 
  3. The product must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition 
  4. All returns valued over $1000 will incur a 15% restocking fee. 

If a return is sent and does not meet these criteria, we may ship it back to you. 
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. You are welcome to make a return and place a new order.

Because all product is handcrafted, there may be slight variations in color, texture and finish. We do not consider these flaws, but rather an indication of our product uniqueness.
